Happy New Year!

Well, 2010 is drawing to a close and tonight my family and friends will celebrate the birth of a new year. I am excited to begin 2011 as I have many exciting things planned. In February, myself, Natalie and Katrina are hosting a stampfest at the Petawawa Legion. I am busy planning the cards that I will demo and I am so excited.

Challenges

So, I managed to create the blog and I learned how to move around change things. I have figured out how to apply photos, so now I will take some pictures of cards and upload them.

The preparations have begun to host the first Glitter Girls Stamping event in Petawawa. It will be held on the 5th of February 11 at the Petawawa Legion from 1-5 pm. We will be making 9 cards with 3 different themes. The reveal of the cards will be coming later this month, but I promise they will be exciting! Contact me for more information.

I am bringing my son back to Ottawa today. It was great to have him home from University for the holidays. I am excited for me because he is going to do his first Co-op this term for Civil enginering. I will still have my daughter home for another week, so it is not time yet to be an empty nester.

My First Blog Post

Today, I woke up and decided to start my very own blog! I have recently joined Stamping Up and I am excited to share my journey with others. It is really fun to learn a new skill and I can't wait to see how I progress. My next challenge is to learn how to upload photos and share my love of stamping with you!
